Leandro Oliveira 

Founder & Global Supply Chain Strategy Consultant

Leandro Oliveira has spent most of his career in strategic supply chain functions, both in technology and business roles. He has led global supply chain digitalization programs for multinationals in the healthcare sector, including solutions such as ERP systems, end-to-end product traceability, RFID, blockchain, cloud computing, e-Labelling and others. 

He also worked previously in different functions for Energy, Oil and Gas industries, always focusing on deployment of technology to solve complex business problems. Leandro had the opportunity to work on 30+ countries and has lived in 3 countries so far in Latin America, Europe and Asia. He is the founder and Executive Director of WeDigit, and also has B.S. degree in System Analysis, MBA in Project Management by FGV Brazil and UCI United States, also holding PMP and APICS CSCP certifications.  

Adriana Rampazio

Serialization & Traceability Sr. Project Manager & QA/GmP Specialist

Adriana Rampazio has 12 + of experience, spending most of her career working in the Quality area, specially focused on Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Companies. She has an extensive knowledge in the entire Quality Management system. In her career, she has acted a quality representative in a variety areas as Research and Development area, External Manufacturing, Business and Logistics and Distribution area, giving her an end-to-end view of the production process.

Adriana had provided Quality support for the drug traceability and serialization Project implemented in Brazil, according to local legislation. She also has experience as a GMP/Quality auditor, Project and Change Management. She is graduated in Pharmacy (Unicamp – Universidade Estadual de Campinas) and Post degree in Industrial Management (Fundação Vanzolini), Brazil.

Catalina M. Cuervo 

Supply Chain Sr. Project Manager

Catalina M. Cuervo has 8+ years of experience spending most of her career working on Supply Chain and Operations Field, specially focused on Global Pharmaceutical Companies and Regional Retailers. She has experience with project management, supply chain planning, logistics, business analysis and end to end product Traceability. 

Catalina has worked on Global Track and Trace solutions, providing support to divestitures, Technology and Logistics Enablement and Change Management for Business as Usual model process. She translated functional requirements into business and IT processes by assisting stakeholders, vendors and suppliers. 

Catalina has lived and worked in two countries in Latin America. She has a Logistics Postgraduate Degree from UADE (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa), Bachelor in International Business Management and Bachelor in Logistics and Production Management from Rosario University, Colombia.  

Daniel Heide

IT | SAP S/4 | UDI Sr. Consultant 

Daniel has 25+ years experience in Information Technology (solid technical background) and 15+ years in Project Management (Waterfall and Agile methodologies). Leadership skills and experience in several industry sectors: Consumer Staples, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing & Production, Aircraft, Oil, Education, Insurance and Healthcare. He has deep experience with project management, planning, strategy, team management, negotiation & conflict resolution, results driven.  

Daniel is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I). He is graduated in Computing Technology (UNIVAP – Universidade do Vale do Paraíba), Theology graduating (UMESP - Universidade Metodista de São Paulo) and MBA with focus on Project Management (FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas). 

Eduardo Gomes

Serialization & Traceability Sr. Product/Project Manager

Eduardo Gomes has 16+ years of experience in IT and Project Management, having acted as Product/Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master. He has experience on Global scale projects on Supply Chain, DevOps and complex IT projects, leading projects from inception to completion or creating long term roadmaps for existing products and delivering them. His main experience in industry sectors were: Software Development, Pharmaceutical and Entertainment.

Eduardo has lived in Brazil and has been living in Montreal (Canada) for the past 6 years. He speaks 4 languages (English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and French) and has a B-Tech in Information Technology for Business Management from FATEC (Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo), Brazil, and several certifications, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner and SAP MM.

Eduardo Nascimento

Supply Chain Sr. Program/Project Manager 

Eduardo Nascimento has 30+ years experience with developed expertise ranging from system development in a variety of technologies and business areas (mostly Finance, Supply Chain and Integrations) to testing, project management and program management in Aerospace, Healthcare and Retail industries. 

Eduardo worked in large, cross-functional, multi-cultural environments and different countries to roll out or/and improve ERP (SAP and Oracle Fusion) platforms both in Latin America and North America regions. 

Eduardo has lived and worked in Brazil. He has an MBA in Enterprise Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil). He is also PMP certified and has a Bachelor Degree on System Analysis and Data Processing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUC), Brazil. 

Roy Medina

Supply Chain / Serialization & Traceability Sr. Consultant

Roy has 11+years of experience in strategic management, navigating a diverse career across manufacturing, high-education, e-commerce, and pharmaceutical industries. Armed with an industrial engineering major from Universidad Santa María (VE-2010), Roy devoted four years to refining HR subsystems, emphasizing organizational design. His strategic mindset extends to planning, crafting business plans, and overseeing operational strategies for diverse sectors. In his 4 years on supply chain consulting, he led and participated in projects related to serialization, track and trace, and change management for multinational firms.

A proactive advocate for team engagement and Inclusion and Diversity, Roy holds a Production Administration postgraduate diploma from Universidad de Oriente (VE-2018) and is on the cusp of completing his Master’s in International Studies at UCEMA in Argentina.
